The motion to amend the work plan was moved and seconded and was approved by the body.
On meeting logistics, the group considered rotating some meetings outside City Hall to broaden geographic access and discussed technical constraints (streaming capability). Members favored using the Permitting and Development Center (PDC) for the second Monday of each month beginning in January and agreed to a 6:00 p.m. start time to improve availability for members and community participants; the motion to establish PDC at 6:00 p.m. for second‑Monday meetings passed.
The task force also asked staff to secure locations, circulate a finalized calendar for reservations, and to include financial services and tax‑impact presentations on the December agenda so members can prepare questions in advance. The chair adjourned the meeting early after confirming next steps.
