The Hamden Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved release of a $31,751.50 surety bond tied to zoning permit 250264107 for 4107 Whitney Avenue (a Dollar General project) at its Feb. 24, 2026 meeting.
Assistant Town Planner Eugene Lipschitz and Chris Sotto reported the project was complete, had received a certificate of zoning compliance on July 21, 2024, and staff recommended release of the full bond amount. The commission called for and approved the motion to release the bond by voice vote.
Under other business the commission approved amended minutes from the Feb. 10, 2026 regular and special meetings and then adjourned the meeting.
