The Morrisville Planning and Zoning Board unanimously adopted a revised 2026 meeting schedule that adjusts three monthly meetings to avoid calendar conflicts. Staff proposed moving the April meeting to April 16 (the third Thursday), the May meeting to May 7 (the first Thursday), and the September meeting to Sept. 3 (the first Thursday).
A committee member moved to approve the revised schedule; the motion was seconded and the chair announced the motion passed unanimously. The board did not attach additional conditions to the schedule changes.
The revised schedule will be used for upcoming agenda planning and public notices; staff indicated they had pulled the board to identify the conflicts before proposing the changes.
