A different public commenter introduced as Alex Stein (called by the clerk before speaking) delivered a disjointed and profane statement that included unverified allegations about drug trafficking and government agencies, explicit profanity directed at police, and inappropriate references to sexualized and age-ambiguous language. The council allowed the speaker to complete his allotted time; no council action followed from those remarks.
