The board approved amendments to the FY25–26 annual fiscal plan totaling $34,400,000, including more than $25,000,000 for capital projects (nearly $20,000,000 for public-works projects funded with state money) and $9,300,000 for operating adjustments. "The total of these amendments is $34,400,000," finance staff told the board. The amendments had been introduced at the Feb. 10 meeting and were advertised in the Henrico Citizen as required by Virginia code.
