He said copies of correspondence threatening litigation are available for inspection at the City Clerk's Office at 130 South Main Street, Lake Elsinore, and online with the agenda.
The council recessed for closed session and later reconvened. On returning, Mr. Mann reported, "There's no reportable action," indicating the closed session produced no formal, reportable decision or vote. Mayor Tisdale also noted for the record that Councilman Munoz was absent.
The meeting concluded with the council scheduling its next regular meeting for November 18 at 7 p.m. in the council chamber.
