Council approves consent agenda, appoints two Cultural Arts Commission members

Later in the meeting council made two appointments to the Cultural Arts Commission. Council moved and unanimously approved Rebecca Wilson to Place 1 on the Cultural Arts Commission and appointed Allison Maranta (transcript variant spellings recorded) to an alternate seat; both motions passed by unanimous vote without discussion. The council noted the Cultural Arts Commission will play an active role in the Art Center/ Riverwalk project as it progresses into schematic and design development phases.
These actions were recorded before the council reconvened to closed session later that night.
