Bill Chapman, representing Cool Springs Construction, identified himself and told the board he had nothing to add to staff’s presentation. Allison said she had received no correspondence from neighbors about the proposal.
After no questions from the board and no public comment, Todd Spillane moved to approve the accessory structure and Eric Hook seconded; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
