The City of Brentwood Board of Zoning Appeals approved three accessory-structure requests at its Feb. 17, 2026 meeting, voting by voice on staff-recommended approvals for properties at 155 Forest Trail, 6103 Bridal Place and 1436 Plymouth Drive.
Allison, a city staff member, described the first request (BZA2601-001) as a 750-square-foot detached structure to be built in the rear buildable area of Lot 59 at 155 Forest Trail in the Concord Forest subdivision. Staff told the board the structure would use siding painted to match the existing house, have a shingle roof, measure about 20 feet in height and be approved subject to four standard conditions and compliance with building codes.
