The grants and fiscal agenda included ratification of a Pennsylvania Opioid Misuse and Addiction Abatement Trust disbursement of $434,594.49 for the six‑month period ending 12/31/2025 and authorization for the grants manager to submit a Keystone Historic Preservation Grant request of $100,000 to replace the roof on the Old County Jail.…
