On Item 10a (Resolution 2026-009), staff said the city owns five parcels in The Ranches whose combined 44.5 assigned acres carry an initial prepayment option of $355,700.96; making the payment avoids higher annual costs over the next 20 years. The Commission approved the transfer of funds as included in the FY2026 budget. "We're essentially just making a prepayment so we don't have to pay the interest," staff said. Roll call showed unanimous support.
