Council members asked about the RFP review panel and whether prior assessor repayment issues had been closed out; staff said the RFP evaluation included city finance and clerk staff and that previous contract shortfalls were being addressed in payments spread over time.
Council members said they wanted good communication with constituents and noted that the city had reviewed references. A motion to approve the resolution passed on roll call with all members recorded as "aye." The resolution was listed as 25-R-3304 and staff will finalize contract terms and start the next valuation cycle.
