Joanna described the request as an annual, recurring use.
The board voted unanimously to approve the request after a motion by Jennifer Wallner and a second by Eric Hummer.
Next steps With board approval, the Allied Veterans Council will proceed under the permits noted by staff. Any operational details (route logistics, staging, or additional city permits) will be coordinated with staff as needed.
