Staff (Robin) presented a CSM to combine four parcels at 1901 South Prairie Avenue into a single 34.817‑acre lot in the M‑2 General Manufacturing District; staff recommended approval with standard engineering, fire and water‑utility conditions and the commission voted to recommend approval unanimously.
Staff also presented a CSM for Superior Crane at 400 Wilmot Drive to combine two parcels into one lot. The commission voted to approve the CSM, with the same standard conditions that engineering, fire and water utility comments be addressed before permits and related approvals proceed.
Both approvals are administrative steps to consolidate parcels; further site‑plan, architecture or building permits will be required for future development activity.
