The proposed building sits on about 2.2 acres and follows the architectural character of existing nearby multifamily buildings. Plans call for underground parking (about 65 spaces), a main entrance off the private Fox Run Boulevard, and resident amenities including a fitness center and lounges.
Unit mix in the submission included studios, one‑bedroom units (some with dens), two‑bedroom and three‑bedroom units to serve varied household sizes. Staff recommended approval with the requirement that city department engineering, fire and utility comments be addressed before permits are issued.
Commission discussion was positive about the elevations and renderings; one commissioner called the proposal a "breath of fresh air" compared with other recent developments. With no public opposition at the meeting, the commission voted to approve the final site plan, subject to staff conditions.
