The Library Advisory Board approved the minutes of its Nov. 10, 2025 meeting and then conducted elections for its 2026 officers.
A committee member nominated Judith Fanna for chair; the nomination was seconded, there was no discussion, and the board voted in favor. The chair announced the motion carries and Judith Fanna will serve as the advisory board chair for 2026.
The board then nominated Karen Turner for vice chair, recorded a second, and approved the nomination by voice vote.
Earlier in the meeting the board voted to approve pending book orders after reporting it had received no public comments on the orders; the chair said the library director will oversee completion of those orders.
The board completed its remaining agenda items and adjourned.
