Planner Amy Bennett told the commission the Hilltop Grove proposal covers just over 76 acres at the Mill and Lannon area and would create about 130 single-family lots ranging roughly from 9,000 to 40,000 square feet (average ~13,286 sq ft; median just over 12,000 sq ft).
