At the January meeting the Idaho Falls City Council approved several routine items on the consent agenda. The city authorized a Public Works replacement vehicle purchase for $94,897.90 (Smith Chevrolet) and accepted two Public Works bid awards: International Way parking expansion ($349,963.50) and Anderson Waterline Railroad Crossing ($389,389).
The council also approved two nonexclusive rental-car concession agreements for the airport: one with Enterprise Rent A Car (fixed revenue $223,195.26 plus a 10% privilege fee) and a second with Enterprise (Alamo/National) for a fixed revenue total of $269,205.54. All items were approved on a single roll-call motion and the motion carried.
