Council approves Sage Lakes PUD after lengthy public hearing on access and infrastructure

Developer Jared Huish presented the project as a mixed development on roughly 20 acres west of 50 East, describing 246 townhomes clustered with 74 single-family homes already preliminarily platted and roughly 4.5 acres of open space and amenities. "We've reduced density to create a higher-standard product and included trails, playgrounds and dog parks," Huish said during his presentation.
