Building permit agent reports encroachment permits and an electrical violation

Colleen said the Lot 251 electrical-service permit was later approved and that a county-initiated electrical code violation remains open for Lot 216, where a mini-split air conditioner was installed without a permit. Colleen said she was attempting to contact the property owner to resolve the violation.
Commissioners had no additional questions and accepted the report; staff expect to follow up offline on the Lot 216 violation and to record permit statuses in the town's records.
