Glendora Unified reports two settlements and one stipulated expulsion approved in closed session

President Clifford said the board cted "upon a motion by Robin Merkley, seconded by Monica Garcia, and a vote of 4 yeses, [to] approve a settlement agreement for case number 2024080069." The president read a second settlement approval that the transcript records as a motion by Trustee Garcia, seconded by Trustee Merkley with a vote of four in favor, and a stipulated expulsion agreement similarly approved by motion of Robin Merkley and a second from Monica Garcia.
The board provided case numbers when announcing the actions but did not provide additional publicly available details about the cases during the meeting.
