Other items approved included structured cabling for multiple sites (Vector Tech Group, $224,222), classroom audio hardware (Lightspeed Technologies, not to exceed $502,680) and installation services (Data Image, not to exceed $68,351), food-service kitchen equipment for Ada Elementary (not to exceed $57,813), an AI floor scrubber for Northern High School ($50,500), and renewed annual contracts for fertilizer/weed control ($225,164 per year) and lawn maintenance ($478,300 per year).
Dr. Michelle outlined procurement details and rationale for replacements and upgrades and told the board the district is midyear on spending and absorbing the Meadowbrook increase within bond balances. The board then conducted a roll-call vote; the transcript records affirmative "Yes" responses from each member called and the items were approved.
