The meeting was workshop-style: staff led three exercises asking councilors to (1) imagine where they would spend more, (2) identify possible reductions, and (3) consider revenue options. "We need $2,700,000 in revenue to kinda close that first gap," County Manager Sinclair said as he reviewed the status-quo projection and a function-based breakdown of the budget.
