Adams said the council previously agreed to pursue pulling 100% of the funds to support a regional infrastructure investment and recommended placing the amended ILA on the March 17 consent calendar with authority for the mayor to sign. She said county staff have been asked to draft a request for proposals for eligible projects, and that the city will bring a budget amendment to authorize spending once the governance and RFP steps are complete.
A motion to place the amended and restated ILA on the March 17 city council consent calendar was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. If approved by council, staff said county RFPs and a future budget amendment will follow.
