Jeanette Walczak, the district's chief financial officer and assistant superintendent of business services, told the board the district "closed out 2425 on a positive note by implementing some of the strategies outlined in our fiscal stabilization plan." She said the district's revenues were about $80.6 million against expenditures of roughly $63.2 million, producing an unrestricted general fund ending balance of $17.4 million.
