At its Aug. 4 meeting, the Village of Menomonee Falls Board of Trustees approved routine and substantive items by voice vote.
Consent agenda: The board approved a consent agenda that included a countywide damage-assessment memorandum of understanding, minutes from the July 1 meeting, agent applications for liquor licenses, and a series of unenclosed-premise permits for local events. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made and seconded and passed on a recorded voice vote; no opposition was stated on the record.
Impact-fee ordinance: Following a public hearing and staff presentation of the 2025 public-facility needs assessment, trustees adopted an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Article 2 to implement updated impact fees and to add police facilities as an eligible project. The motion to adopt carried on a voice vote.
Evergreen Fields Phase 6: The board approved a development agreement between the village and VH Evergreen Fields LLC for Evergreen Fields Phase 6, a standard agreement for an eight-lot residential subdivision under which the developer installs public infrastructure (sanitary and water mains and service roads) at no cost to the village and reimburses the village for review and inspection costs. The motion passed by voice vote.
The meeting adjourned after the votes were taken.
