At its Dec. 1 meeting the Brentwood Planning Commission approved a consent agenda that included minor site-plan alterations and revised plats for Cool Springs Village Section 2 (lot 201), Tapestry at Brentwood (400 Center View Drive), Brent Haven Subdivision Section 3 (lot 105), The Hub at Mallory (7100 Commerce Way), and revised preliminary and final plats for Hawthorne Subdivision (715 Vernon Road).
The commission also received and approved the monthly security report for November. Planning staff reported an increase of $851,546.69, bringing the report total to $18,021,485.92 and asked the commission to approve the report as published in the meeting packet; a motion was moved, seconded (Commissioner Rand seconded) and passed.
Commissioners concluded the meeting with brief board reports — including praise for the city’s Christmas tree lighting — and the chair noted this was the commission’s last meeting of 2025 before offering holiday wishes and adjourning.
