The Menomonee Falls Planning Commission on Aug. 5 recommended that the Village Board approve the final plat for Fox River Falls Addition No. 3, a low-density residential PRD phase with 14 lots.
Planner Amy Bennett told commissioners the plat is consistent with the previously approved preliminary plat and the PRD ordinance; staff recommended approval subject to 14 staff conditions, nine conditions from Waukesha County and any changes required by the Wisconsin Department of Administration. Commissioners who visited the site said they had no outstanding concerns and recommended approval to the Village Board by unanimous voice vote.
The recommendation to the Village Board includes the 14 staff conditions and the county and state conditions as noted in the staff report; final approval by the Village Board and any DOA modifications remain to be completed.
