A motion to elect Frank as chair was made and seconded; commissioners approved the motion by voice vote. The commission then nominated Angie for vice chair; that motion also passed by voice vote.
Commissioners discussed scheduling and the possibility that travel could affect the chair’s availability. The newly elected chair said he could "live with that" arrangement and the panel agreed to rely on a vice chair to cover absences.
