On routine business the board approved several motions without recorded opposition: bus sharing for TSA students, authorization for staff to attend the Westminster APT conference (July 13–16), reimbursement for CTE conference attendance, acceptance of a $6,600 payment from Joe Hornick, and acceptance of a bid from Critical Response Group for school mapping required under West Virginia law. The board also approved a package of personnel actions: hires listed as Kayla Ferguson (teacher, Wilford Primary), Danielle DeCirio (second professional accountant), Rodrigo Matini (bus operator), and Zachary Fats (custodian, Brooke High), and accepted resignations including Chris Mocke (TSA adviser, Brooke High School) and Eric James (assistant football coach, Brooke High School). Motions carried unanimously as recorded in the meeting.
The meeting concluded with announcements of a special session and a follow-up regular meeting scheduled for March 23; the board then adjourned.
