Miss Trevino read the meeting item and cited the Texas Government Code sections the council would use to convene closed deliberations: §551.087 (economic development incentives) to discuss possible incentives for projects listed as "Shirley Temple" and "Primrose," and §551.072 (real property) to deliberate regarding possible sale, lease, or exchange of real property at 201 South LPG Drive.
