The board member also said they would provide corrected hard-copy materials to fellow member Judy at the next meeting after printing an incorrect draft.
The delay means the board will carry the survey-priority conversation into a dedicated work session rather than resolving the priorities during the regular March meeting. The board member encouraged members who have questions or proposals to contact staff ahead of the April session and offered to meet one-on-one as needed.
Board members said they were generally prepared to engage with the survey plan; one member said they were "getting excited about it" and had several ideas ready. Staff reiterated the April 6 meeting date for the work session and that additional materials would be made available.
The board adjourned after confirming the postponement and the plan to address the survey priorities at the April work session.
