"This is more of a controlled atmosphere," one commissioner said, noting the boardroom and the Ag building were acceptable locations depending on meeting size.
Staff will revise the language in the subdivision regulations to require community meetings at a county facility, allow for live streaming where appropriate, and include provisions for security based on the meeting size and expected attendance. The change will move through the Planning Commission and back to the board for a formal recommendation and vote.
