Horton said motor vehicle services handled about 7,800 transactions in the period and that the motor vehicle office is currently short two employees and is working to recruit replacements.
Commissioner (voice S2) moved to accept the consent agenda and to accept the treasurer's amended report; motions were seconded and approved with recorded affirmative votes.
