The Gallatin County Commission on Dec. 2 approved two related subdivision actions for Track 6 Minor Subdivision.
Planning staffer Ashley Burke explained the resolution to accept public dedication of a portion of Durston Road, a step necessary for final plat approval of Track 6. Burke also presented the final plat staff report and recommended approval, noting that trails had been constructed according to the Triangle Trails plan and that the applicant had provided evidence of connection to the Four Corners Water and Sewer District.
Tom Hanish of Big Skyline Consulting provided a public comment commending planning staff for responsiveness in addressing conditions and reducing the outstanding items. After no further public comment, a commissioner moved and seconded to grant final plat approval for Track 6 Minor Subdivision and to accept the Durston Road dedication; both motions passed by voice vote.
A commissioner stated findings that the final plat conforms to conditions placed during preliminary plat hearing, the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act and Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations.
