Laurie Christiansen, the county health officer, told commissioners, “I do have a resolution before you for amending the public health, emergency preparedness fund by $10,000 due to unanticipated revenue.” Commissioners asked no substantive questions and offered brief congratulatory remarks before moving to a vote.
