Mister Williams presented the supplemental agreement and said, "they did grant us additional funding in the amount of $29,840.40 to go towards this project." The board moved to approve the resolution, seconded by Commissioner Jackson, and adopted the measure by voice vote. Staff indicated the agreement would be signed that night and returned for final execution.
The resolution authorizes acceptance of the FDOT supplemental funding; implementation steps include routing the supplemental agreement for signatures and returning contract documents to the county's construction staff to resume stalled work.
