Board discussion focused on outstanding technical items the applicant must address before receiving a final decision letter, including ADA access areas that need concrete paving, striping and signage. No members of the public spoke during the hearing. The board moved, seconded and recorded a unanimous affirmative roll call vote (members recorded as Gotcher, Kitterman, Lloyd, Doctor Neil, Reams, Sanders), carrying the motion 6–0.
Staff will circulate outstanding engineering comments to the applicant for incorporation before issuance of final approvals. The approval does not waive required inspections or final permits; the applicant must satisfy the listed outstanding items before the project receives its final signoff.
