Committee forwards low bid to Wilkins Electric LLC for Huntington Avenue lighting project

A staff member (S10) said he had no concerns and noted Wilkins Electric had completed the Crest Street project and was familiar with the work. "Wilkins Electric did the Crest Street project. He knows what he's getting into and I don't have any concerns about his bid," Staff (S10) said.
