Greenville council approves consent agenda, sets Sept. 3 public hearing on zoning amendments

The council also approved setting a public hearing for Sept. 3, 2024, to receive public comment on a proposed amendment to Chapter 46 (Zoning) to amend Section 46-82 related to fences and to add a new Section 46-106 related to portable storage units and shipping containers.
Administrative items in the consent agenda included adding Finance Director-Treasurer Jeff Joyce to the Isabella Bank account(s) with online access, issuing an Isabella Bank credit card to Joyce with a $1,500 limit, and approving a Non-Corporate Resolution for Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. that adds Assistant City Manager Heather Feazel, Finance Director-Treasurer Jeff Joyce and City Manager George Bosanic as authorized persons on an account. Councilperson Lehman moved approval; Councilperson Johnson seconded; motion adopted unanimously.
