Chairman Rick Bauman moved to rescind his motion from the Dec. 17, 2025, commission meeting; Commissioner Jamee Folk seconded. All commissioners present — Rick Bauman, Jamee Folk, Mark Pierce, Gene Wolf and Casey Voigt — voted "aye," and the motion carried.
Bauman opened the special meeting at 11:41 a.m., noting the agenda was limited to the Sheriff’s Agri-Bank Safety Grant funds motion. Auditor Carmen Reed and reporter Dan Arens of the Hazen Star were recorded as present. With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:42 a.m.
