Laurel Council approves budget amendment, MOU and roofing contract in unanimous votes

Resolution R25‑100 (MOU): Council Member Thomas Canape moved to approve Resolution No. R25‑100, a memorandum of understanding between the City of Laurel and Beartooth Resource Conservation & Development Area, Inc.; Council Member Irv Wilke seconded. The resolution passed 5-0.
Resolution R25‑101 (budget amendments): Council Member Casey Wheeler moved to approve Resolution No. R25‑101, which amends appropriations and revenues for the City's FY 2025‑2026 budget; Council Member Michelle Mize seconded. There was no public comment; the resolution passed 5-0.
Resolution R25‑102 (contract award): Council Member Michelle Mize moved to approve Resolution No. R25‑102 authorizing the mayor to execute an independent contractor service contract with Donahue Roofing & Siding LLC; Council Member Irv Wilke seconded.
