Board approves Pamunkey Regional Librarythird and fourth quarter payments for FY23

Finance Director Tina Ammons told the board that when the FY23 budget was approved the full annual appropriation for the Pamunkey Regional Library line item was not released; only the first quarter had been appropriated and the board had directed staff to bring subsequent quarter payments to the board for approval.
Library staff submitted requests for the 3rd and 4th quarter payments and Ms. D.H. Morris moved that the board approve the two quarter pay requests; Mr. J.L. Simpkins seconded the motion. The vote was recorded: AYES: J.L. Simpkins, R.F. Bailey, D.H. Morris, J.M. Burns; NAYS: none; ABSENT: S.C. Alsop. The board approved payment of the requested quarters.
