The minutes record Jeff Moss abstaining on the minutes (noting he was absent for the Feb. 9 meeting); Sparks and Schwarz voted in favor. The minutes include extensive vendor listings across multiple funds; notable amounts recorded include Dollar Trucking for $38,509.59, BancFirst for $22,675.22 and Sunbelt Equipment for $23,935.70. The board also approved monthly reimbursement claims for the Election Board and District Attorney for January 2026 (motion by Schwarz, second by Moss), with votes recorded as Moss—Yes, Sparks—Yes and Schwarz—Yes.
