Commissioners approve reappointments, vendor payments and administrative items; bid opening yields no offers

Fulton County’s Board of Commissioners approved a range of administrative matters on Nov. 25, including reappointments, vendor payments, retroactive signatory and travel approvals, and routine procurement items.
On a motion by Commissioner Steven L. Wible, the board approved Conservation District Director reappointments for Gene Mellott and Mark Knepper. The board also approved multiple invoices and payments: EPayment Now dog licenses ($2,363.50); William Penn Printing invoice ($4,487.70); Elect IT Solutions IT staffing & support for December ($9,854.00); HART license and support ($11,815.00); and a CCAP PCoRP final installment contribution of $45,442.00 toward a total contribution of $151,474.00. Payroll and payables totals were read into the record.
The board retroactively approved Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives to electronically execute Krivak Trust signatory documents related to the Treasurer’s Office transition and retroactively approved a travel request form for Shives to attend a PCHIPC membership meeting on Nov. 14, 2025. A bid opening for the sale of 119 North Second Street, McConnellsburg, was listed at 9:00 a.m.; no bids were presented.
Separate committee and board meeting minutes (Safety Committee; Election Board) were noted as being on file. The board adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
