The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved a proclamation on Feb. 24, 2026, declaring March 2026 as Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. Attendees identified in the minutes include Marissa Hockenberry (Occupational Services Inc.), Erica Ramsey (CRI), Rebecca Weaver (Franklin/Fulton IDD Program Specialist), representatives from Full Circle Residence, staff from The Arc of Franklin/Fulton Counties and Fulton County Human Services, and Logan Crouse identified as a consumer of The Arc.
County officials said the proclamation recognizes the value of inclusion and community supports for people with developmental disabilities.
