Fulton County commissioners approve $205,405.27 in bills, OK $270,000 NTIA contribution

Fulton County commissioners unanimously approved $205,405.27 in accounts payable at their Feb. 24 meeting, authorizing payments across county funds including $118,593.19 to the General Fund and smaller disbursements to Liquid Fuels, CDBG and other grant funds.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the accounts payable; the motion carried with Commissioners Randy H. Bunch, Steven L. Wible and Hervey P. Hann voting yes. The county’s published fund breakdown showed $118,593.19 to Fund 100 (General Fund); $2,088.33 to Fund 201 (Liquid Fuels); $14,956.78 to Fund 227 (SFC Technology Grant); $15,744.05 to Fund 231 (SFC Evidence Based Practice); $874.84 to Fund 247 (CDBG); $1,326.13 to Fund 262 (Act 13 Marcellus Shale Recreational); $37,673.00 to Fund 275 (Medical Assistance Transportation); and $14,148.95 to Fund 400 (Debt Service).
The board also approved an invoice from Huntingdon County for the remaining NTIA project contribution of $270,000.00; a $90,000.00 payment had been made previously. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Huntingdon County invoice and the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Bunch moved and the board approved the 2026 compensation plan for the Services for Children director, Christine McQuade, to be submitted to the state for wage compensation. No changes to payroll totals were specified during the meeting.
The meeting record shows multiple routine approvals, each passed by unanimous voice vote. The board adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
