During its Jan. 20, 2026 meeting, the Marquette County Board heard several brief committee reports and administrative updates in addition to the Strategic Plan adoption.
Property Committee Chair Lance Achterberg reported that the Endeavor Highway property sold for $118,500. Human Services Board Chair Mary P. Walters said the CCS Case Manager position has been filled and that a part-time nurse will be retiring. Administrator Ron Barger reviewed fiscal and personnel reports and reported the county's current opioid funds balance as $118,000.
Corporation Counsel Ben Letendre said his office has been overhauling several county ordinances and discussion on those revisions followed. The meeting was brief and adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
