DMA expenditures for 2025 were $1,127,872.07 and TMA totaled $11,838. County costs for December 2025 were $238,974, including $21,247 in county maintenance; winter maintenance costs were $208,400. After accounting for receipts and expenditures, Brian reported a budget remaining for 2025 of ($285,583.99).
Brian said multiple reimbursements had been received from the state during the year and that once year‑end accounting is completed a Fund 29 transfer, if needed, would cover the department’s overage. The committee did not take any immediate appropriation action at the meeting; members were informed that final reconciliations will determine whether a transfer is required.
Other financial details presented included townships’ December work totals ($185,293.15, with $49,965 in labor) and interdepartmental fuel sales (4,687 gallons in December; 55,924 gallons sold in 2025). The meeting record does not include a roll‑call vote on any budget adjustment.
