Fulton County signs IT contract addenda, approves TelePlus maintenance plan and pension invoices

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 9 approved multiple IT and vendor agreements and authorized pension-related vendor invoices.
Nelson Witmer, president/CEO of Elect IT Solutions, presented Addenda A (IT staffing and support), B (managed backup services) and C (IT/cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulations) to the county's 2026 Elect IT contract; Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the addenda and the board voted to adopt them unanimously.
The board also approved a TelePlus Protection System Extended Service Agreement (Silver Maintenance Coverage Plan) for $14,040.56, effective Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026. Commissioner Hann moved approval and the motion passed unanimously.
A Retirement Board meeting was held by Zoom with David Lytle present; in the regular meeting the board approved Conrad Siegel, Inc. invoices for actuarial services ($5,700 for July–Dec. 2025) and investment advisory services ($3,844.25 for July 1–Sept. 30, 2025) to be paid from pension accounts/plan assets. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved approval of the actuarial invoice and the investment advisory payment was also approved as noted in the minutes.
The record shows these approvals were routine contract and vendor payments; the minutes do not include contract numbers or further implementation milestones for the Elect IT addenda beyond acceptance of the terms.
